Pelton Creek Campground features 14 campsites arranged in a single loop, with some sites overlooking Pelton Creek and a nearby meadow. The area is characterized by Lodgepole pines that provide shade and ambiance. Key amenities include picnic tables, campfire rings, a water hand pump near site 1, two vault toilets, and trash collection facilities. However, the sites are relatively close together and offer minimal privacy due to the grassy understory and open layout. Notably, the campground does not have electrical, water, or sewer hookups. Water availability from the hand pump is typically seasonal, from July to September, and visitors are strongly encouraged to bring their own water in case of pump maintenance or weather-related delays. Additionally, stock unloading facilities are available nearby, but stock is not permitted within the campground.
