The 6-7 miles of rutted gravel road genuinely punishes low-clearance vehicles and fragile suspensions. Reviewers are blunt about it. Add thick summer mosquitoes, zero potable water on-site, and no cell coverage, and casual weekend campers will likely be miserable.
