Go if

Anglers and trail hikers who self-supply water and cook on the ground will do well here. Fenn Pond is stocked with rainbow trout, CCC Trail #734 loops right from camp, and summer daytime temps in the 70s-80s with cool nights make for comfortable sleeping.

Skip if

No potable water, no picnic tables, and restrooms are inconsistent at best. Campers arriving without a full kit and three gallons of water per person will find this setup genuinely rough, not charmingly rustic.
