Overview

<p><img alt="Greenville Campground" height="150" src="http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_MEDIA/stelprdb5318392.gif" style="margin-right: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; float: left;" width="200" /></p><p>Located in&nbsp;<a href="/recarea/plumas/recarea/?recid=25810">Indian Valley</a>, and 1 mile north of the town of Greenville, the Greenville Campground is approximately 9 miles from Lake Almanor on Hwy 89.&nbsp;The&nbsp;site boasts&nbsp;campfire rings, a vault toilet, 17 campsites, potable&nbsp;water,&nbsp;picnic and barbeque areas. The campground adjoins the Greenville horseshoe pits that are well known for&nbsp;tournaments throughout the summer months.</p><p>Although the Dixie Fire destroyed many businesses in&nbsp;Greenville, the campground was untouched and visitors still have access to a full grocery store&nbsp;in town, with&nbsp;more businesses on the&nbsp;way.</p>
