Driving directionsIn Lander, WY, at the intersection of Main St. and 5th St., take 5th St. south 0.7 miles to Fremont St./Sinks Canyon State Park signs. Turn right onto Fremont St./State Rt. 131 and go 17.3 miles to a "Y" intersection (Forest Rt. 300). Bear left onto Rt. 300 and go 5.7 miles to the campground sign. Turn right at the sign and go 0.3 miles to the campground.
State Rt. 131 turns into dirt after 10 miles. At this point, the road becomes single-lane, rocky, steep, and washboard - not RV-friendly.

Tucked away like a hidden gem in Wyoming's high country, Fiddlers Lake Campground offers an intimate escape with just 20 thoughtfully spaced campsites along the shores of a pristine mountain lake. This secluded retreat maintains an enchanting 'undiscovered' quality, where towering Lodgepole pines create natural privacy screens between sites. Whether you choose a walk-in tent site for the ultimate wilderness experience or one of the versatile RV/tent combination sites, you'll find yourself immersed in the tranquil rhythms of mountain life. Open from June through Labor Day, the campground welcomes visitors for stays up to 16 days—plenty of time to truly disconnect and recharge.
