Go if

Families chasing a Lake Erie beach week will find everything on-site: free Wi-Fi, playground, seasonal camp store, boat launch, and a clean swimming beach. Grab a cul-de-sac or end site and reserve early since the six-month window fills fast on summer weekends.

Skip if

Tight site spacing is real, and several reviewers flag bathhouse odor as a persistent issue. If privacy or a fresh shower matter more than beach access, check which loop you're booking before you commit.
