Summer is the best time to visit The Cottage at Sailors Haven because warm, sunny days (typically mid-70s to mid-80s°F) and steady ocean breezes make swimming, sunbathing, and scenic beach walks ideal. The Sunken Forest and bay-side trails are at their most accessible for hiking and wildlife viewing, and ferry/shuttle services and island amenities are fully running, though expect higher visitor numbers and book well in advance.
