Summer visits come with serious mosquito and blackfly pressure. Add rain to that and you're dealing with muddy tent pads. Anyone who needs a dry, bug-free camp should wait for fall or come very well prepared with repellent and waterproof footwear.

Since different camping areas open and close on varying schedules, be sure to check the park's website or ParkFinder before planning your trip to confirm your preferred dates are available.
