Go if

Tent campers who want well-spaced wooded sites near both a bike trail and Sakatah Lake fishing will get good value here. Reviewers call out hot showers and clean bathrooms, and the naturalist evening programs are a real perk for families.

Skip if

Mosquitoes and biting insects are a persistent complaint, especially in peak season. There's no cell service, no hookups, no potable water listed, and only one reported shower house for the whole campground, light packers expecting base-camp comfort will be frustrated.
