Go if

Organized groups who want a forest setting with WiFi on site and don't need hookups or flush toilets. Fall temps in the 45-65°F range make group hikes and paddling trips genuinely comfortable, and winter visitors rave about the frozen spring formations along the hillsides.

Skip if

No amenities at all: no potable water, no fire rings listed, no flush or vault toilets, no hookups of any kind. Families or individuals can't book this regardless, and any group expecting basic infrastructure will be caught off guard.
