Summer(Jun-Aug)
3.0 / 5

Peak season May–Sep with salmon runs, but reviews cite dampness and noise from anchored yachts in summer.

Best
Fall(Sep-Nov)
3.5 / 5

Silver and chum salmon in Aug–Sept; scenic fall wildlife and fewer peak-season visitors likely.

3.0 / 5

Steelhead season Apr–May and shoulder-season solitude, though weather and access can be variable.

Winter(Dec-Feb)
