Loup Loup Campground is located in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest near Loup Loup Pass. The campground features a mix of meadow and lightly forested sites. In the fall, Western Larch trees turn golden. Access is available to gravel biking, walking, hunting, scenic drives along quiet forest roads, and mountain bike trails on Bear and Little Buck mountains. The campground operates typically from April to late October. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis only, with visitors required to physically arrive to purchase and claim a site. Each site accommodates a maximum of 2 vehicles, 2 tents, or 1 RV and 1 tent. Overnight use fees are $15 per night for a single site, with an additional $5 per vehicle per night. Payment can be made by scanning a QR code with the Recreation.gov mobile app. Amenities include restrooms, potable water, and picnic tables.
