Best season: summer. Summer offers the most reliable warm, dry weather at this ~4,000 ft site — expect daytime highs commonly in the mid-70s to low-90s°F (24–32°C) with cool nights in the 40s–50s°F (4–12°C). Warm days and long evenings make it ideal for camping, day hikes, scenic drives and excellent stargazing; water and shade can be limited, so bring plenty of water and sun protection. Summer is also the busiest time (weekends in July–August are most crowded) and fire restrictions are possible, so plan ahead and检查 Peak months: July, August, September, June Avoid: December, January, February
Seasonal notes: summer has reliable conditions, warm days, cool nights and good stargazing.
