Effective Oct. 13, 2025:Due to significant beach erosion atGamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area at Flagler Beach, the ADA accessible ramp to the beach at the day use area is closed until further notice. Beach access is still avaible by the stairs, and a ramp is available two miles south in North Peninsula State Park. The ramp inside the campground has sustained some damage but is accessible by walking. Campers traveling in motorhomes and trailers should plan to use exits 284 or 268 from Interstate 95.Campers should not use exit 278 from I-95 due to tight turns and low clearance from trees. 8 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year

(Note: The campground will be temporarily closed starting February 18, 2025.)

Rodman Campground

Bike areas are provided. Birding is a popular activity at Faver-Dykes State Park. Visitors enjoy birding on foot, walking the nature trails and by boat on the calm waters of Pellicer Creek. Noted for its pristine condition, this tranquil park borders Pellicer Creek as it winds along Florida's East Coast highways down to the Matanzas River. A boat ramp for small boats is available at the park.

Music from theSaint Augustine Amphitheatre, located nearAnastasia State Park, can occasionally be heard from the campground. By city ordinance, all music must end by 10 p.m. 8 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year $8 per vehicle
