While this coastal paradise welcomes campers year-round, you'll find the sweet spot from late fall through early spring, when comfortable temperatures and lower humidity make every outdoor adventure more enjoyable, and the bugs take their seasonal break. Summer transforms the park into a sun-soaked beach lover's haven—expect warmer, more humid days, livelier crowds, and that quintessential Florida summer energy that draws visitors to the shore.
