Spring Creek Campground offers basic amenities typical of a primitive camping setup. It is noteworthy for being a first-come, first-served facility that requires physical presence to claim a site. Fire rings and picnic tables are available at all sites, as explicitly noted in the reviews. However, the campground lacks running water, as the water spigot on-site was reported to be broken, and obtaining potable water is not an option unless sourced from the creek.
