Lake Eva Cabin offers a range of amenities suitable for a remote Alaskan camping experience. The cabin is equipped with wooden bunks, a table, benches, a cooking counter, a cupboard, and an oil stove for heat. Accessible enhancements include a boardwalk, picnic table, dock, and an accessible outhouse. However, the ramp to the float dock is noted in user reviews to be damaged and unusable, which affects accessibility for floatplanes and guests with mobility limitations. The cabin does not provide mattresses or cooking utensils, requiring guests to bring essential items like sleeping bags, cooking gear, and food supplies. Water is available from Lake Eva or a nearby inlet stream.
