Driving directionsFrom Santa Fe, take I-25 east approximately 18 miles to the Glorieta/Pecos Exit. Take NM Highway 50 to Pecos, approximately 5 miles. At the 4-way stop, turn left onto NM Highway 63 and travel approximately 14 miles north to Forest Road 122. Take Forest Road 122 approximately 4 miles to the campground. The group campground is located behind the locked gate at the very end of the campground.
The road to the campground is narrow and features one lane with designated pull-outs. Visibility can be limited due to curves, and the road might become impassable over time without maintenance, as mentioned in user reviews.
