Timber Camp Campground sits at 7,146 feet in the West Absaroka Mountains, fifteen miles from Gardiner in the Custer Gallatin National Forest. Three large, well-spaced primitive sites operate first-come, first-served and handle vehicles towing small campers. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. The campground is free.
