Summer offers the best combination of reliable access, warm days, and full trail and campsite availability—Spire Rock Campground is open and everything is at its peak from mid-May through late September. Expect daytime highs roughly 65–80°F and cool nights around 35–50°F, with frequent afternoon thunderstorms that are brief but can roll through the canyon.
