Best season: summer. Summer offers the most reliable, accessible conditions at Langohr — warm, long days (daytime highs typically 65–80°F in July and August with nights dropping to the mid-30s–40s) and fully melted trails and roads. This is when fishing, hiking, climbing and boating are at their peak, wildflower displays are abundant in nearby meadows, and all campground services are available. Expect the busiest periods on summer weekends and around holiday weekends, so reserve early to secure a site. Peak months: July, August, September, June Avoid: October, November, December, January
Peak season: warm days, trails fully clear, full services; busy but highly usable in summer.
