Summer brings the most reliable conditions at this elevation. Daytime highs typically reach the mid-60s to upper-70s°F, while nights cool into the 30s and 40s. Snow clears from trails by early summer, and creek flows remain strong for fishing through the season. Holiday weekends see moderate use, but weekdays stay quiet. The high elevation means a compressed camping season outside summer months.
