Although surrounded by sagebrush, the campsites are along the shore and enjoy morning shade from cottonwoods and tall brush. Unlike other campgrounds around the Reservoir, the campsites here are better suited to single family camping and not to group camping. Every campsite has nice view of the surround mountains and lake.
