No running water on-site, no lake or creek nearby, and the closest swimming is a 4-mile drive. If water access or any hookups are part of your plan, this place won't deliver.

Summer gives most reliable access and warmest temps; roads likely open and dry then.
Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis and visitors must physically arrive at the campground to purchase and claim a site. If available on-site, payment may be made by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app (Scan and Pay); visitors are advised to download the app prior to arrival because some remote areas have limited or no cellular service.
