Fort Flagler welcomes visitors year-round, with park gates opening at 6:30 a.m. during summer months and 8 a.m. in winter. Winter campers will find a quieter, more intimate experience here—just note that most water sources are turned off from mid-November through March, though site 93 at the beach campground maintains water service throughout the cold months.
