Go if

Families who want to boat and swim without leaving camp will find the marina and rental options genuinely convenient, especially mid-week in summer when the parking-lot density eases up and the swim beach isn't shoulder-to-shoulder.

Skip if

RVers who need level ground, reliable water, and working restrooms will find all three uncertain here; recent reviews show a consistent slide in maintenance, and a few campers have reported staff interactions that felt unwelcoming.
