Trails and paved bike routes are dry and accessible, and stocked trout fishing is at its most reliable. Expect moderate to busy weekends as families and anglers take advantage of first-come, first-served sites beginning in late June. Bull Prairie Campground offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance the camping experience. The campground features 28 tent/RV campsites, 2 tent-only campsites, 3 double campsites, and 1 group campsite. There are 8 accessible vault toilets distributed across the area. Seasonal potable water is available in the campground and picnic area, although no RV hookups are provided. Each campsite comes equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. A 1.2-mile paved trail loops around Bull Prairie Lake, featuring 3 accessible fishing docks and providing opportunities for hiking, jogging, and wildlife observation. Additionally, a boat ramp, dock, and trailer parking are available for non-motorized boating activities. Notably, the campground does not provide trash service, and campers are required to pack out their garbage. "The bathrooms were super clean" is a recurring compliment among user reviews.
