Go if

Families who want a lake cabin without hauling gear will find the setup easy here: marina, boat ramps, and two sandy beaches are all on-site, and the lake produces bass, walleye, muskie, and crappie through the summer season.

Skip if

No tent or RV sites in Loop 200, so traditional campers need to book a different loop. Pets aren't allowed, and cell service is absent, which rules this out for anyone who needs connectivity.
