Planning Tips

    About Group Campground

Discover where Minneopa Creek carves through limestone to create two stunning waterfalls at Minneopa State Park. Beyond the gorge, explore native prairies, oak savannas, and a historic mill, then meet the park's resident bison herd roaming across 325 acres of grassland. Group camping is available by reservation, making this the perfect base for your adventure.
This is a group campground offering multiple reservable group sites in a wooded, secluded area separate from the main A/B loops. The group sites are non-electric; the park also contains individual drive‑in campsites and other lodging options elsewhere in the park.
