<p>There are 22 dispersed campsites for car camping along Lincoln Creek Road. High Clearance required and 4x4 recommended to access all campsites. All sites are first come first serve. No facilities such as toilets or water are available. Maximum 5 day stay limit.</p>

Best season: summer. Summer offers the easiest access, the warmest daytime temperatures, and the best window for hiking and creek-side camping — expect daytime highs around 60–75°F and cool nights in the 30s–40s°F. Trails and the rough Lincoln Creek Road are most reliably passable from late June through early September, wildflowers peak in July, and wildlife viewing (elk, marmots, songbirds) is at its best. Crowds remain lower than popular front-range sites due to the required high-clearance 4x4 approach, but beware Peak months: July, August, June, September Avoid: November, December, January, February
