The Jess Judy Group Campground offers basic amenities tailored to group camping. It provides accessible vault toilets, fire rings, picnic tables, and lantern posts. However, it lacks electricity and drinking water facilities. Campers can obtain water at the nearby Big Bend Campground. The campground is described as having 'three primitive group sites that can accommodate up to 40 people each.' User reviews highlight the presence of 'nice open areas along the river' and 'secluded spots.' One specific concern raised by reviewers is the activity of locals using the campground trash cans and parking in reserved sites, turning the area into public river access.
