<p>This high elevation, spruce fir surrounded campground is the largest and most popular campground on the Umatilla National Forest. Jubilee Lake is nestled among the trees and the lake provides a beautiful setting for day-use as well as camping. This site is known for good fishing and swimming and is a wonderful way to escape the summer heat.</p><p>Jubilee Lake campground offers a variety of recreational actitivies for visitors of all abilities, including fishing and hiking trails.</p>
The elevation is 4,800 ft. The campground is a large kidney-shaped loop on the south side of Jubilee Lake. Although some sites are close to the lake, none have a view. Engelmann spruce, Lodgepole pine and other conifers provide ample shade and pleasant relief to summer temperatures. Heavy vegetation provides good privacy between sites. Some sites have very long parking aprons; a steep grade at the front limits the level area to about 30 feet. It is pack it in, pack in out after Pendleton Round up.
Open July 4th weekend through October 15 - weather dependent. No services provided after first weekend following Labor Day.

Parking aprons are gravel. Gray water disposal units are scattered throughout campground. An RV Waste Station with potable water is available at the Tollgate Guard Station located at the intersection of State Rt. 204 and Forest Rt. 64. NOTE: See General Comments about parking apron size at some campsites..
From Weston, OR, take State Rt. 204 east 19.8 miles to Jubilee Lake sign. Turn left at sign onto Forest Rt. 64 and go 10.9 miles to campground sign. Turn right at sign and go 0.4 miles to campground. Note: The last 7.4 miles of Forest Rt. 64 is dirt and gravel.

Best season: summer. Summer is the clear highlight — warm, sunny days (typically in the mid-60s to high-70s°F; nights cooling to the 35–50°F range at 4,800 ft) make Jubilee Lake ideal for swimming, boating, shoreline fishing and long forest hikes. The lake is at its calmest and clearest, boat launches and campground services are fully staffed, and most trailheads are snow-free so you can access the full network of hikes and ridge viewpoints. Expect the busiest crowds in late July–August around holiday weekends, but— Peak months: August, July, September, October Avoid: November, December, January, February

Jubilee Lake Campground offers a variety of amenities that cater to campers with diverse needs. The campground provides potable water distributed throughout the site, six flush toilets, four vault toilets, and a boat ramp. Trash service is available during the peak season, but it is discontinued after the first Monday in October. The campground also includes accessible campsites, picnic tables, and campfire rings.
