Redman Campground offers several essential amenities for campers. The campground features flush toilets (seasonal), drinking water (seasonal), picnic tables, campfire rings, and dirt roads and parking spurs. Firewood is available for purchase on-site for $9 per bundle. However, reviews highlight some issues with facilities; one user noted, 'Bathrooms were clean (enough—I mean, you are camping),' while another stated, 'Flush toilets were not open when we were there.' Several reviewers mentioned clean bathrooms, but there were also complaints about 'toilets having no toilet paper for a couple of days.' The presence of vault toilets was noted but not universally liked. The campground's natural setting is accented by shady spruce and pine trees, with a creek running through some sites, adding to its charm.
