Best season: summer. Summer offers the most reliable weather and the campground’s signature experiences: warm, mostly clear days (typically in the mid-60s to low-80s °F, roughly 65–85°F) and a fully accessible site from late May through early September. The Fall Creek swimming hole and wildflower displays (notably fireweed) are at their peak, and hiking and wildlife viewing are easiest with long daylight hours. Expect weekend crowds in July–August and plan for no cell service or running water — bring all drinking/cp Peak months: July, August, June, May Avoid: October, November, December, January
Peak season: warm temps, prime swimming and wildflowers, but crowded and noisy.
