The McGregor Lake Campground offers a variety of amenities that enhance the camping experience. The campground consists of 27 sites, each equipped with picnic tables and fire rings. Vault toilets and drinking water are available during peak season, and garbage service is provided. Day use picnic sites near the beach also have tables and fire rings. Additionally, a boat ramp and dock are available for lake access, and accessible parking and vault toilets are provided.
