No hookups of any kind and no potable water at the site level, so self-contained rigs or anyone expecting electric, water, or sewer connections will need to look elsewhere.
Compare with similar sites, watch availability, and build a packing list — Camp Sage handles all of it.
Fall delivers the best window for camping here. Late September through October sees daytime highs in the mid-50s to mid-70s°F with crisp nights in the 35–50°F range, good leaf color around the lake, and lighter trail traffic than summer. Full amenities including hot showers run through October 31. Summer gets hot and humid but offers swimming and lush greenery. Spring brings wildflowers and comfortable hiking weather. The park stays open November through March, though running water shuts off and crowds thin considerably.
Peak season with warm weather, perfect for water activities. Book early.
