Best season: spring. Spring offers the most comfortable weather (daytime highs typically 60–80°F, cool nights in the 40s–50s) and the fullest expression of Holiday Park’s variety — wildflowers on the prairies, migratory songbirds and waterfowl around Benbrook Lake, and full water levels for boating and fishing. Trails and ridgelines are at their most pleasant for hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing before summer heat arrives, though expect increased weekend crowds during peak wildflower/Easter periods. Early-morn/晚 Peak months: April, May, March, October
Spring offers best conditions: full water levels, wildflowers, comfortable temps and active wildlife.
