Dry summers regularly trigger fire bans that make those fire rings useless, and with no potable water, no trash service, and RVs capped at 20 feet, anyone expecting developed-campground comfort will be underwhelmed.

<p>The Camp 32 campground is located 15 miles southwest of Eureka off Pinkham Creek road 7182. The campground 8 sites with tables, fire rings. Accommodating up to a 20' rv. Amenities include potable water, vault toilets and a large open field.</p><p>Camp 32 was a logging camp established in 1924 by the Bonners Ferry Lumber Company and operated for approximately 2 years. The land was acquired from early homesteader, Margaret Durall. The site included several out buildings. A company store and several small cabins.</p>

Summer brings the most reliable conditions, with daytime highs in the 70s–80s°F and cool nights in the 40s–50s°F. The campground operates with managed services from Memorial Day through Labor Day, when vault toilets receive regular maintenance. Check fire restrictions before you visit. During dry periods, campfires may be prohibited despite the presence of fire rings at every site. With only eight sites, crowding stays minimal except holiday weekends. Spring runoff fills the creek, but by late summer it often dries up completely.
