French Camp offers a variety of amenities that cater to both tent campers and RVs. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table, a campfire ring, and a bear-resistant food storage locker. "Bathrooms are super clean and are located at the bottom of each 'loop,'" as noted by one user. Potable water is available via multiple taps throughout the campground, although there are restrictions against washing dishes or cleaning fish at these taps. Firewood is available for purchase on-site, and nearby Tom's Place offers additional provisions, including paid showers. "Recycle bins are available for plastic, glass, and aluminum." The campground is known for its immaculate facilities, with one user stating, "The restrooms were the cleanest I have EVER seen at ANY campground!"
