Summer offers the most reliable warm weather and full access to Jackson Lake and campground facilities, with daytime highs typically in the upper 70s to low 80s (around 78–85°F) and crisp nights in the mid-40s to mid-50s (45–55°F). This is when boating, swimming, canoeing and lakeside fishing are at their peak, trails are fully clear, and all campground amenities are open (note reservations begin June 20). Lake Campground offers a mix of essential camping amenities and natural serenity. It features food storage lockers, grills, picnic tables, vault toilets, and drinking water, ensuring a basic but functional camping experience. Firewood is not sold on-site but can be purchased from nearby Mountain Oak Campground. "The campground has a table and fire pit at every camp," reviews confirm.
