Upper Hospital Flat Group Site offers essential amenities tailored to group camping, though facilities are limited compared to developed campgrounds. It features a picnic table, parking area, and a campfire ring with a grill. Visitors can collect dead-and-down firewood from the surrounding area. However, there are notable exclusions, such as toilets, drinking water, and trash cans, requiring campers to bring portable/self-contained toilets and remove all trash prior to departure. The road leading to the site is suitable primarily for higher-clearance vehicles, adding a layer of accessibility consideration.
