Best season: summer. Summer delivers the warm, dry weather that makes the Naches River and surrounding trails most accessible — expect daytime highs around 70–85°F and cool nights in the 40s–50s. River activities (swimming, rafting, boating) and warm-water fishing are at their peak, wildflower meadows are in bloom, and most trailheads are snow-free. Campsites fill on holiday weekends and mid-July–August can be busy, so reserve early and be aware of possible wildfire smoke or campfire restrictions. Peak months: July, August, June, September Avoid: November, December, January, February
Summer is best season (warm, dry); popular for river activities though windy and busy at peak times.
