Driving directionsThe campground is located southwest of Grantsville, Utah, in South Willow Canyon. South Willow Canyon Road is mostly paved but becomes gravel at the National Forest boundary. The road is noted for its steep and narrow sections, with the last 4 miles unpaved. Although the road is pitted with chuckholes and not recommended for trailer use, any vehicle should be able to make it. The road ends at an elevation of 7,470 feet at the beginning of the Deseret Peak Trail.
The road leading to the campground is mostly paved but transitions to gravel within the National Forest boundary. It is steep, narrow, and pitted with chuckholes, making it unsuitable for trailers. Snow is typically found from November to mid-June, which might limit access during those months.
