Driving directionsFrom Interstate 26 and Highway 121 (exit 72 off interstate), drive north 5.3 miles. Turn right onto Old Whitmire Hwy. (County Rd. 81) and drive 0.4 miles to the stop sign. Continue north on County Rd. 81, Brazzelmans Bridge Rd., and drive 6.9 miles. Turn left onto Maybinton Rd., County Rd. 45, and drive 2.3 miles. Turn left onto Forest Service Road 393 and drive 0.3 miles to the campground entrance on the left.
The access route is relatively straightforward and involves paved roads for most of the drive. The final segment is a gravel road that is flat and easily traveled. Seasonal closures may occur during non-hunting periods, and visitors have reported locked gates during the offseason.
