The Fall Mountain Lookout Cabin offers minimal amenities that align with its remote and historical nature. It includes electricity and basic furnishings, such as a futon bed, table and chairs, and a kitchen area equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and tableware. There is a vault toilet located at the base of the 18-foot tower. However, water is not available on site, so visitors are required to bring their own water for drinking, cooking, and washing. Guests must also bring other essentials like bedding, dish soap, and garbage bags. "Guests must bring their own water for drinking, cooking, and washing, as well as sleeping bags/bedding, a flashlight or lantern for emergencies, first aid kit, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and dish soap."
