Hill-Annex Mine State Park

Hill Annex Mine State Park has been permanently closed to the public after the Minnesota Legislature deauthorized it in 2024. Active iron ore mining is planned to resume in 2025, and the site did not have traditional state park campgrounds or recreational trails.
