<p>Mink Creek Group Site Campground is located just 12 miles south of Pocatello, Idaho. It is a group site campground located just off Bannock highway. The road to the campground is paved. The campground has some ponderosa pine trees, which offer some shade. This campground has 1 groupsite and is open all year. In the summer is also has a hook-up. Reservations only.</p>

Summer offers the most reliable weather and full access to the group site (campground open May 24–Oct 31), with warm days and cool mountain nights ideal for group gatherings, hiking, biking and wildlife viewing. Expect daytime highs generally in the 70s–80s°F (21–30°C) and nighttime lows in the 40s–50s°F (4–12°C), making evenings perfect for campfires and creek-side relaxation. This is when wildflowers, active birdlife (Mountain Bluebirds, hummingbirds) and trail access are at their peak, though Peak months: July, August, June, September Avoid: November, December, January, February

The Mink Creek Group Site Campground offers a range of amenities suitable for large groups and gatherings, including a 40x80-foot picnic pavilion with a concrete base, large paved parking area, 12 large picnic tables, two serving tables, a large fire ring, two accessible vault toilets, and four potable water hydrants. Additionally, the pavilion includes two electrical outlets and night lighting. Users have noted the 'great layout for groups of overlanders, RVs, and tent camping' and the convenience provided by amenities such as electricity and night lighting.
