Best Time to Camp at Cherry Hill Campground

Cherry Hill's mountain climate delivers delightful surprises throughout the year. Summer days warm the forest canopy, but as evening approaches, the cool breath of Butte Creek sweeps through camp, reminding visitors to pack that extra layer. When winter arrives, the landscape transforms into a snow-laden wonderland, with crystalline blankets covering the forest floor and temperatures that demand proper cold-weather gear. This dramatic seasonal shift makes Cherry Hill a year-round destination for those who appreciate nature's changing moods.
