No electric hookups anywhere on the property, and peak summer weekends get genuinely crowded with limited parking. If you're arriving late on a Friday in July, expect to fight for both a spot and a site.

Summer offers the warmest and most reliable window for beach use. Expect daytime highs around 65–85°F and cool nights in the 40s–50s. The pavilion, BBQ stations, and picnic areas are fully usable, and swimming, paddleboarding, and sunbathing hit their peak. July and August bring the heaviest crowds, so reserve early if you want a weekend. Weekdays stay noticeably quieter. Come prepared for variable alpine weather even in summer; the elevation means quick temperature swings and afternoon wind off the lake.
