Weather and SeasonsSummer is ideal here. Daytime highs between 75 and 90°F make the lake comfortable for swimming, and evening temps in the 55–70°F range are perfect for campfires without needing heavy layers. All facilities run full-time June through August, and the lake reaches its warmest. Weekend crowds pick up during peak summer, so book early if you're planning a full-capacity event. Spring and fall are quieter but cooler, with occasional rain. Winter visits are possible but uncommon.
